I'm 20 Years Old and I need to lose weight

I'm 20 years old and I need to lose weight. When I was 17 I weighed 285 lbs, and now that I am 2o I am down to 230 pounds and I'm stuck.

I have cut out carbs and a lot of other things. I walk/run everyday and I don't know what to do next. I'm 5'10 but I am what the doctors call big boned. The most weight that I have lost at one time was when I got down to 175 lbs but I looked sick.

If you have any info or diets I haven't tried please e-mail me at kasey_pressley @ yahoo.com thanks.

Confuse Your Body
by: Anonymous

I know a lot of trainers and diet gurus that say you should confuse your body to get the best results when trying to lose weight.

So do different types of exercises so your body doesn't get used to just one. Even on your walks and runs you should alternate speeds, try sprinting up a few hills, things like that.

Also check out 50millionpounds.com. A lot of people have lost weight with the four day diet because before you or your body gets tired of it or used to it, the diet is over (for that week anyway). I am trying to lose weight too, so hang in there.
