My Main reason for wanting to lose weight

My main reason for wanting to lose weight is for my own personal health. I don’t want to develop diabetes, and heart related illnesses or joint problems that carrying around excess weight can cause.
Another reason I want to shed the unwanted pounds is so I can properly raise a family. Not only do I want to be able to run around with my kids without getting tired out so easily, I want to set them a good example of a healthy body image to have and maintain. I also want to lose weight to make clothes shopping much easier. Having to look out for particular chains that carry plus-size clothing can be a real pain. It would be great to stroll into any clothes store at all, and know that it’s probable they carry my size. I want to be confident in my swimsuit at the beach.
I don’t want to be ashamed of my body in a doctor’s office or in the bedroom, and I don’t want to be stared at or treated like a second class citizen because of how I look. I want to live my life to the fullest, treat my body with respect, and walk proudly and confidently in public, knowing I look great. So my main reason is actually way more than one.
