Right Weight for My Size

I need to lose weight because being the right weight for my size will promote a healthy lifestyle. Being overweight causes an endless amount of lifestyle issues and complicates child birth, physical activities, and even causes new health issues to surface.

If I lost weight I would have more stamina for sports at my school and could be more involved in other similar after school activities with my friends. Being social is another important skill to develop when transitioning into the adult world, but being over weight can divert attention and or cause others to think the wrong things about me. I would like to get married also in the future after I finish college so that I can start a family. Most men are not attracted to overweight women and finding the perfect mate might be difficult.

Overweight women often have trouble keeping up with kids and their energetic behavior. Being able to control your child is integral to raising them. Also, with all the health risks involved, I find it important to live long enough that I can see my children grown up. If I am unhealthy and not the right weight for my size they will worry and have to care for me, making me a burden to them in the end.
